Founded in 2019 by Gladys Jones and Doris Irizarry—two seasoned educators frustrated by the lack of respect and representation in policies impacting their field—ECE on the Move builds on more than 11 years of grassroots organizing. Through our efforts, we have cultivated a vibrant community of educators dedicated to mutual support and advocacy.
